Valerie is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Many Financial institutions, attorneys, and municipalities call on her for her expertise and value her opinion.

In her free time, Valerie is active at both St. Eugene of Chicago and St. Raymond of Mt. Prospect. She is a teacher in the SPRED (Special Religious Education) program at St. Raymond. She also loves spending time with her grandchildren and cooking for family and friends.

Valerie’s main objective is to serve all her clients with utmost honesty and treat them as if they were family. This mentality has served Valerie well for many years, as some of her very first clients still refer family and friends to her.

When Tony is not working, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, investing in the stock market, and tending to his garden. He also is a licensed barber, and enjoys cutting hair part time.

Tony’s work ethics attribute to his success in the Commercial Real Estate. He has experience in almost all types of commercial management. Whether he is assisting tenants, working with subcontractors, or planning build-outs, Tony is diligent and completes work in a timely manner.

Jim is also a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, and is qualified to appraise any type of property, residential, commercial or industrial.

When Jim is not working he is active at St. Zachary Parish in Des Plaines, where he is President of the Men’s Club. He is an Ambassador for the Greater O’Hare Regional Business Association, and a member of the GONE (Greater O’Hare Networking Executives).

Jim’s goal when working with potential buyers is to help them find the home they want to live in, not to SELL it to them. When working with the seller he is there to ease the process by providing the best guidance and advice throughout the sale process.

Nick Griseto

Nick Griseto is the newest member of Roppolo Realty.  He graduated from the University of Dayton in 2012, and joined the family business in 2020.  Nick's career started with 8 years of experience in event marketing in Chicago but he had always felt called to use his strong people skills in the real estate industry.

When Nick is not working, he enjoys traveling with his fiance, golfing, and is a volunteer magician with Open Heart Magic at Lurie Children's Hospital.

Nick puts himself in the shoes of each client that he works with.  His warm personality and knowledge of the industry help his clients feel comfortable while making informed decisions.
